Senior Sustainability Strategist
You'll work directly with enterprise clients on 2-3 year decarbonization roadmaps. This isn't theoretical. You're helping manufacturers actually cut emissions, reduce waste, redesign supply chains. You need 7+ years experience and can explain Scope 3 emissions like it's nothing.
Apply NowData Analyst (Carbon & ESG)
Build dashboards. Wrangle messy client data. Make sense of ISO 14064 standards and emissions quantification. SQL isn't optional here. You'll turn scattered spreadsheets into reports that actually drive decisions. Python is nice to have.

Track EU green taxonomy updates, Romanian regulatory shifts, corporate net-zero commitments. You'll synthesize this into briefs our consultants use with clients. Strong writing required. 3+ years policy or research experience preferred.

Find new clients. Build relationships with sustainability directors at mid-market manufacturers. You're not cold-calling — we've got inbound leads. But you'll nurture them, scope projects, occasionally deliver proposals. Sales experience required. Sustainability background is a bonus, not a must.
